Refund Policy

30 day satisfaction guarantee

Once the purchased product has been received, the client can request, if it is his decision, the refund of 100% of the money paid. In order for this process to be effective, the following instructions will be required:

1. The product must be returned to the address of the company DELFIN, IDEKA SAS in Colombia, transportation costs will be assumed by the customer.

2. The return package must include all parts in perfect condition: machine, devices, accessories and Delfín technology management certificates.

In the case of cosmetics, returns are accepted only when the product is in its original packaging and when its safety seal has not been broken.

 

3. For the refund to be effective, the client must comply with the following process.

3.1 Inform the customer service department of the Delfín company of their desire to return.

3.2 After the information is received, it will be analyzed if it is within the term of the refund policy.

3.3 Once the application has been approved, instructions will be given to the customer for proper packaging and transportation.

4. Once the product has been received in Colombia, the DELFIN Company, IDEKA SAS reserves the right to evaluate the conditions of the product received as set forth in number 2 of this refund policy.

5. Once the conditions of receipt of the product have been approved, the DELFIN company, IDEKA SAS will reimburse the client 100% of the money canceled within 10 days after receipt of the product. It will be used electronic means such as PayPal or bank transfer for the refund

90 day satisfaction guarantee

From day 31 to day 90 of having received the product, the client can also request the refund of the money paid, for this case the company DELFIN, IDEKA SAS, will reimburse 70% of said value. For this benefit to become effective, it will be necessary to follow the following process.

1. The product must be returned to the address of the company DELFIN, IDEKA SAS in Colombia,  and transportation costs will be assumed by the customer.

2. The return package must include all parts in perfect condition: machine, devices, accessories and Delfín technology management certificates.
